How long are your interconnects from the SB3 to the amps? Have you tried either a shorter run or a different cable?
Two other things to try. You might try lifting the ground on only one of the IC cables. (Your ground loop may be from one amp, back through the SB3, to the other amp. Lift one of the grounds at the input of the amp. Restore that ground and then try lifting the ground on the other amp. See which way is most quiet, if it helps.) You could also try small value capacitors on the input of the amps to bleed off any high frequency hash that is being picked up. -- mlsstl ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mlsstl's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9598 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=33817 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
