Finished wiring up the PS last night. I used Kimber copper teflon insulated wire for the AC lines and silver plated teflon insulated type from bulk for the DC connections, including the cable going to the SB.
Here are some shots of my MKII and MKIII power supplies side by side and the little switcher supply for size comparisons.
