I had to make exactly the same choice a year ago between the CA and the NAD.
I would say the CA is the best of the two. I went for the CA and i very happy with it. For the money, it sounds incredible. But i also found the build quality slightly better with the CA and also think it more pleasing on the eye too. The only think i don't like about it is when you change the volume with the IR remote. It tends to go up/down a little too much with each single press for my liking. But i don't think you will be disappointed with either, they are both incredibly good AMP's for the money. -- autopilot *SlimServer:* 6.5.1 (Windows XP) + AlienBBC, SlimScrobbler & Last.FM. *Amp:* Cambridge Audio 640a (living room) / Denon MD30 (bedroom). *Speakers:* Mission 701's (living room) / Kef Cresta 1's (bedroom). *Remote:* T-Mobile MDA Vario / Sony PSP / Nokia N95 / Harmony 525 (IR). *Clients:* 1 Squeezebox 3 + Softsqueeze.
