Hi peterw. I have searched the forums (quite extensively) but many of the amps used are multipurpose with phono outs, tape loops etc. I am not going to need any of these and was hoping to gain quality by purchasing an amp without all of these unneeded features.
Thanks for the info on the Trend Audio amps. I had researched the TA-10 previously (available on ebay here in the UK for a great price) but was concerned with the 10 watts (@8ohms) driving my 702e's and wondered, when played at volume, if there would be any kind of shortfall with the amp. I presumed it was more for a 'second' system rather than a main setup...
