Hi again, I've received the new PS today (see recent post). Initial testing:
- Improved the analogue out, more dynamics and refinement. - Improved the digital out but only slightly, more dynamics and refinement. The latter sounds better in my set up. I still hear a difference between the SB3-with-new-PS as transport and my Monarchy transport. Drat: I so want to use the SB3 as part of my max quality set up. Any suggestions? Has anyone tried the mods on post #123 here: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=18491&page=13 ? What about Bolder or Red Wine mods? I am more interested in the digital out.
