Phil,

That is one of the best descriptions I have seen to describe the
difference betwen analog and digital.

There is a rythmic rightness and punch to analog that digital has a
very hard time reproducing.

Digital , at it's best, still seems slightly less rythmically
involving.

Analog has it's own distortions of course and I don't mean to suggest
superiority of analog in general. But, in terms of articulation and
pulse, analog still has a slight edge to my ear.

99% of my listening is through Transporter, but those special vinyl
times through my analog rig do something very special despite the other
flaws of analog.
