No personal experience, but the recording oriented magazines talk about
it a lot. The auralex stuff works well for what it is, an inch or two of
foam. But physics says that an inch or two of foam can only control
frequencies that are about an inch or two long. These are pretty high,
and most rooms need help down in the mid to low bass range.

Look at real traps.
