the SB1 doesn't play FLAC, so everything is transcoded to WAV or MP3 on the server. It also only support 802.11b so running it on the same access point as your other devices will slow them down as well. The unit also has less buffer RAM, combined with wav audio, menas it is far more likely to get buffering issues, especailly over 11mbit wirless. No access to SqueezeNetowrk Screen isn't graphical by default, it is character besed. Unless you get one that had the graphics screen upgrade (technically called a SBG) Along with being 802.11b it only uses WEP, not WPA. so wireless security isn't as good.
