I do have some of this media! My point was that it is actually supported in so far as you can play it and it sounds great. You mean supported without any form of downsampling...I'm merely questioning if that is important because of audible sound quality or because of a theoretical benefit to audible sound quality. Pretty much any hardware is ultimately going to become redundant or obsolete over time. A PC-based solution will suffer the same fate...486 motherboards anyone? -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal... ...SB3+TACT+Altmann+MF DACXV3/Linn tri-amped Aktiv 5.1 system and some very expensive cables ;o) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Phil Leigh's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=85 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=40647 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
