I was on a training course recently at which we sere shown a video and told to check a particular activity. At the end, we were asked not about that activity, but if we noticed the gorilla. "What gorilla?", we all wondered until shown the video again and wondered how we could have missed the man in the gorilla suit who wandered across the set as we all focused on what we were instructed to.
