I would recommend Pletnev, Fedoseev, Svetlanov and Rozhdestvensky (conductors).
As for pianists, you can also check Ahkenazy. Highly acclaimed, but I find him a bit boring. BTW, the recordings from 60-70's are quite good. There's an interesting thing about Kondrashin. Among the Russian musicians he's not very popular. They say he's "too precise and punctual" with less emotions than, say, Svetlanov. (Svetlanov's interpretations are overflown with emotions). But IMHO Kondrashin creates the real picture vs "told by a very emotional speaker". You can see the events with your own eyes rather then hear from someone else telling you what's going on.
