Hi, Sean. Just joined the forum today, but I can't seem to get out of
here, b/c I'm finding out so much! Anyways, you might have read from a
different thread that I was originally considering using an expensive
CD player that might serve as Squeezebox's DAC. But now, I'm convinced
that I should digitize my library w/ one of the Slim Devices.

I was considering the Modwright Transporter, but now, after reading
your post, I don't know if I should? I am already going to go with one
of the 2 integrated amps for my hi-fi system, either 1: Pathos Classic
MK III, which is a hybrid with tube preamp section, or 2: Leben CS600
which is an all-tube integrated.

If the Modwright would make the Transporter sound like the "Transporter
w/ tube preamp," there essentially isn't a reason for me to consider
this mod?
