Turn the display off, or better, hide it in the closet. Im sure you
would also like a computer without screen and a book without words. I
assume that you  sleep in a murphy bed, use in wall speakers and have
everything including books inside closed cabinets... Just to keep the
cost down... sorry, but this argument is even cheaper than no display
for better audio quality.
