You could plug it in the tape loop of your amp, but in your case I 
wouldn't, unless you have sources other than the SB3 to which you want 
to apply correction.

According to your sig, you have the following setup:

        SB3 -> DAC -> amp -> speakers

In your case, I would insert the processor in the digital chain, i.e. in 
one of the following ways:

1. SB3 -> Processor -> DAC -> amp -> speakers
2. SB3 -> Processor -> amp -> speakers.

Option 1. still uses your existing DAC and just uses the processor for 
the equalisation, etc.

Option 2. replaces your DAC completely.

I have mine setup as follows:

Transporter -> amp -> speakers
   |    ^
   v    |
processor
