As i stated it is my personal feeling that comes from personal experience recording music on digital systems for the last 15 years. The ditherin we use for our final master is Apogees "UV22HR". There is a noticeable difference when the bypass is on. I hear a similar tonality from the transporter. Yes this could come from other factors too.
If that my only complaint about the Transporter it shows how much I like it.
