Some of the Focal units make it upto around 91bd/watt. Another option would be some of the cheaper horns. My old Impulse Lali's sold for £450 last year and have a slightly better efficiency than the Focals. If you can find a pair s/h, would be worth going to listen to. Another option are some of the Audio Note/Snell speakers. Most are pretty ugly, but they can sound ace when mated with the right source.
Note that horns and high efficiency speakers have their own compromises. For example, my own are ruthlessly revealing of their source. The first time I heard a pair, I thought they sounded truly awful. Turned out that it was simply a really naff front end.
