I'm afraid I don't even understand what the question is.

Are you asking something about hi-res formats vs. CD?

Do you want to know if we rip CDs and encode with lossy codecs for our
libraries?

- I encode only with Flac. Disk space is cheap and I hope to never
have to rip my library a second time. I can convert those Flac files
to just about any other format I like - uncompressed, lossless, or
lossy. There's just very little reason to go to all that work and then
encode using a lossy codec.

Do you want know if we _listen_ to any lossy codecs, such as Internet
radio?

- Yes. Lot's of great content is out there to be found and I'm not a
big enough audio snob to avoid it just because the audio quality isn't
ideal. I also stream my music library transcoded to MP3 at 192kbps
from my home SlimServer to my office and I own an iPod on which I use
MP3.
