I recently upgraded to Squeezecenter to resolve a problem with using Leopard and to also implement fw40. I am having an similar experience to mr_bill's, which is that when I listen to the digital inputs (bnc/spdif) I am able to switch between Squeezecenter and the digital input without any problems. The transporter is driving a line stage with a volume control. The volume on the transporter is set to 0 db. The problem is triggered by any change in the digital volume control, the result being silence and then clicks and pops. If I then switch to Squeezecenter, audio resumes. I then reset the volume control to 0 and switch back to the digital input and the audio resumes. I haven't been able to investigate the problem beyond this point. Any thoughts on how to proceed will be appreciated.
I am finding Squeezecenter to be a very impressive upgrade from Slimserver. Congratulations to all involved.
