something like the Russound CAV/CAM will get you all 3 of your requirements. I've got a couple of the Russound RNet pieces in the basement and feed them with tuner/XM radio/SB3/Roku M1000/Cable box 1/Cable box 2 and distribute any of the 6 sources to any/all locations (10 currently, 2 unused "rooms" available). Sonance and a few other companies provide multi-room/multi-source systems as well. I chose the Russound stuff as it interfaces well with home automation systems.
