Please forgive me if this is a stupid question. I have a Transporter running balanced into a Jeff Rowland Concentra II integrated amp.
The XLR inputs on the Concentra are such that pin #1 is ground, pin #2 is negative, and pin #3 positive. I take it this is non-standard (at least in the US); I presume the Transporter is expecting pin #3 to be positive? So for my Transporter, I should select "Inverted polarity" in SqueezeCenter under "Polarity Inversion" if I want to preserve absolute phase? Any drawback to doing this?
