So it seems like the easiest thing to do would be to have Blue Jeans Cable make me an XLR cable where pins 2 and 3 are reversed on one end, no?
Anyone? It's surprising to me that no one else has experienced this problem with the polarity inversion feature, as I noticed the problem approximately 2 minutes after turning it on.
