Thanks DCtoDaylight and Radish... As for transmitting WAVs from the NAS, I'm assuming I make that change by going to SqueezeCenter settings Advanced > File Types and then disable FLAC and MP3 and leave WAV on the alac setting. Please let me know if this is incorrect.
I already tried the direct ethernet connection, and still have the same problems, so it's not a bandwith issue. I loaded SqueezeCenter 7 onto my MacBook Pro (sorry Radish, but I'm done with PCs) and it worked fine without any issues. So it's a issue with the NAS. One thing I have noticed is that when I go to SqueezeCenter Basic Settings to enter the music folder on my NAS, I can't see the folders or files in my share, just the name of the share. To this point, I have just been selecting the share, which only holds my iTunes folders and music anyways. Any idea if this might be the issue??
