Give dbpoweramp a try, I use to use EAC and find that for the price EAC
is great.  But dbpoweramp just does such a good job with ripping and an
EXCELLENT job with getting metadata including coverart.  Again while
you will want the reference version of dbpoweramp which is not free it
is a very reasonable price.  Reference version adds many features
people in this forum usually require in a ripper, plus it even has a
plugin in to handle HDCD and rip the flac to 24bit for HDCD (course 4
bits are wasted).
