I don't think there's a short answer. It depends on a zillion issues
such as the temperature extremes in question, the rate of
heating/cooling, the soldering process that was used, the density of
the board, and so on.

"Fatigue" issues from heat cycling should be negligible, at least in
the typical range of 70-110 °F.   I would be more concerned about
running for extended time at a steady high temperature - over a few
years there could be significant degradation of electrolytic
capacitors, among other things. Generally I would think it's best to
turn stuff off when you're not using it - saves power if nothing else.
