No problem at all. I got a good buy on it and it put all my connectors
in a handy place.  Plus the good protection.  Just the plasma
improvement did a lot for me.  It's well built so I have to give them
credit for it.  I don't like the company as a whole but this is not a
bad piece of equipment.  Now that I've seen other cables on the market
I'm not even as impressed at their ability to rip of the consumer
either.  :)
Your point on needing one is accurate.  If you don't have problems with
your power then this won't do anyting other than provide protection.  I
didn't expect a lot because I didn't think my power was bad so the
improvement for tv viewing was a surprise. In that it did do quite a
bit for me.
