...or does the sound quality from the SB3's headphone jack kinda suck? I mean, it's pretty good other than the fact there is no BASS! It's clear and quiet, but then there is that distinct lack of bass goodness. Plus, there's not any over abundance of output level, either.
See, my current pre has no headphone output, but I kinda think $300 for a little black box to drive a pair of headphones is not the best value in the world, (and I hate kludges) sooooooo.......I bought a new Onkyo integrated amp which has a headphone jack. That oughta just about do it.
