I normally have the volume up in the 75-95% range with my Sennheisers. Not much gas left in the tank there! Funny thing is, I've had my SB3 over a year and a half, I think, and I just remembered there might be a headphone jack there somewhere. My headphone listening kind of goes in spurts. I'll not touch them for months, then I'll put'em on and they'll sound really good and I'll start using them pretty heavy for awhile. Weird. I really do like the HD580's, though. I've had them for well over ten years. Two sets of ear cushions later and they're still going strong. -- jdm56 Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab OML-2's; Onkyo A-9555; Onkyo T-4555; Onkyo DX-7555; Slim Devices Squeezebox (v.3); Sennheiser HD-580's ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jdm56's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9919 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51508 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
