I've never had a look at the relevant medical physics, but I believe
the absorption of power at cell phone frequencies by brain cells is
extremely low.  I would guess that much more heating occurs from the
warmth of the phone contacting the skin of your ear than from the
radiation.

Anyway, I know there have been many studies of cell phone safety, and
not one has found conclusive evidence for a link to anything bad. 
Given how many people use cell phones worldwide, if there's any risk
it's very very small.
