I used to use EAC with a plugin called MAREO that would basically rip to two file types at once, but MAREO didn't ever work right on my Vista x64 system. So I switched to dBPowerAmp. After a few minutes of learning curve...it's way way easier to use. The multi-ripper plugin requires no hand editing of .inf files, and it gives me FLAC for the home and 192kbps MP3 for the road simultaneously. Much better, I think. But they both get the job done.
