A good friend it tight with Jack. He won't tell him how they work. Although my buddy thinks that he has a very vague idea of what Jack is trying to accomplish. The part that I don't get is that the doo-dahs are something originally made for the military. Not surprised that Bybee knows what they are, as he has done lots of that work. Surprised that they let him buy them.
Bybee really doesn't need the money, so I have been told. He does it because he is fascinated by how they do what they do. So, yes Jack knows, but is not going to say.
