Yes, it has resistance. So does a ferrite bead and piezoelectric crystal. I understand that he nows makes them with less resistance. None of us here work on stuff for the military, so how would we know what it is? All I know is that it costs money, and some folks like them. Others think they are codswallop. I am neutral.
