This is something that's been bugging me for a while. Quite often, example of western movie wagon wheels going backwards are used to explain aliasing. Now, I have never heard a good explanation as to why we can still see that phenomenon alive (on Calgary stampede for example) if our visual senses are absolutely analog. To me, it looks like there's some ADA conversion going on between our eyes and our brain without very good filtering applied :) K -- slimkid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iAj2aPdQnk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wUP07DVq9E http://youtube.com/watch?v=nlrpe8Ig5m8 http://youtube.com/watch?v=dC9tGlwPln8 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ slimkid's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=8881 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=57631 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/audiophiles
