I'll give the Peggy Lee a listen. And while we're on the topic of
singers from the past (I'll take "Singers Of the Past" for $400), my
all time favorite is the one and only Billie Holiday - pure swing jazz
heaven despite the rather lo-fi recordings.

I guess the only way to get a really heated discussion going (as
opposed to this rather civil exchange we've got going here) in this
section is to mention "DBT" or, my favorite, "pro-audio".

As with just about every other musical genre, there's always something
worthwhile no matter how much one may dislike most of the remaining
artists and music. Think rap and heavy metal - I don't care for either
genre but that doesn't mean that it's all complete garbage.
