Hi yes, to my surround preamp, Audiolab 8000AP; this is the way SB3 is connected today, via digital coax.
I have "invested" into workflow around squeeze center (e.g. Pronto automation) hence the way I see to upgrade music streaming is a step-up to Transporter. Otherwise, I would go for LINN, which does support 192/24 files without any issues (although it does not have HDMI as well) Actually, I see HDMI output more like being "future-proof". And another thing that again frustrates me is that Transporter is 3-4 years old.. Is there any roadmap for next version of high-end device?
