Yeah, I'll cross that bridge once I figure out why the mere connection with nothing streaming is causing static/distortion.
As for the CDP settings, there's just a single Source button that toggles between the CD and the Digital Input. And it works fine when it's fed a CD from a DVD player's digital output. So there's something unique about the interplay between SB2 and CDP. >From the CDP's Digital Input perspective, what would it see that's different about the digital signal coming from the SB2 as opposed to the one coming from the DVD player?
