a long shot try to manually set -8 and see what happens ? --best should be "8" but who knows. (If I don't remember wrong i think winamp and others used 12 in compression level ? which is not working on most other devices especially hardware ones.) Try -6 -7 to see where it stops working. try -8 with a 48kHz file (to see where the limit is ). Any other flac options used ? This forum is full of people using using flac files in 24/96 i suppose ? You should definitely file a bug. You are only trying to stream a flac file to your TP this should work yes ? some other poster in this tread ( ted_b) is talking about serverside transcoding and streaming as wav. this confuses some. -- Mnyb ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=60763 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
