Server-side decoding vs client-side decoding makes no difference to the
sound in any of the tests I have done (on the SB3 - I'm willing to bet
the same is true of the TP). I really don't understand why you can't
just stick with streaming FLAC to the TP. That's what it is built to
do.

I know YMMV.
