Neat! But what a ridiculous way to have to download a PDF... To read the relevant parts of this schematic, start in the bottom left and move towards the right. IC201 is a analog multiplexer which selects one of the inputs. VR251 is the volume control, which is part of the motorized module "IU-23450-3" And then the matching pair of blocks to the right of that are the amps. Now follow the path from VR251 to the amplifiers and along the way you'll see VR301, a dual pot.
