You are probably using powered speakers with your computer. ATC, PMC, B&O, Dynaudio, Audiostatic, Martin Logan etc all make powered speakers. What is overlooked many times is the quality of the preamp, its much more important than the poweramp, but since preamp dont have watts nobody talks about "how big is yours?", so all the conversation is about poweramps. You can get a seriously good powered speaker for 2400 pounds, and you will be flappergasted of the quality.....
