In my listening to the Cambridge DacMagic, the difference between that DAC and the SB3 analog out was fairly easy to hear. Most notably, the DacMagic bass went considerably deeper than the SB3 analog outputs (and, as noted in my earlier post, I believe the DacMagic bass even went a touch deeper than the Benchmark DAC1 Pre, which really surprised me).
