24/96 only works on rare "unlocked" DVD-A's. It does not work on SACD or locked DVD-A'a which will output 16/96 (max) only via spdif. -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
