Pat - yes I've been thinking about that option (analogue) - it would be
neat if one could get a proper downmix out of the L/R outputs, but then
I'll be recording the SACD players DAC's. I don't buy the Sony DSD hype
- I personally find DVD-A to be superior to SACD - but it is very hard
to compare apples with apples.

I guess I'm just p*ssed because there are so few DVD-A's (which I can
rip) and more SACD's (that I can't).

Why are record companies so stupid?
Why can't I download from (most of) them at 24/96 - what are they
REALLY afraid of? I mean, it's not like I haven't already bought most of
this music at least twice already (Vinyl, CD).

You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it
ain't what you'd call minimal...
SB3 (wired) - TACT 2.2X (Linear PSU) + Good Vibrations S/W - MF
Triplethreat(Audiocom full mods) - Linn 5103 - Aktiv 5.1 system (6x
LK140's, ESPEK/TRIKAN/KATAN/SEIZMIK 10.5), Townsend Supertweeters, Blue
Jeans Digital,Kimber Speaker & Chord Interconnect cables
Outdoors: Boom
