Hi I got PerfectWave DAC from PS Audio to play with for a week, and I first got it connected to my Transporter via AES/EBU digital out socket.
The problem is that the music played for some time (might be 10 minutes, or an hours), but after I hear severe noise, DAC signals me that the link loses sync (?) and after a minute or so noise disappears. What the problem might be? S/PDIF works fine. Interesting thing: when I was using AES/EBU I changed the digital stream encoding to AES/EBU, but after this noisy period, the stream reverted to SPDIF encoding.
