Again, **it's NOT an electrical problem** and the +/-5% error has absolutely nothing to do with the glitches - it's not meant to be more precise than that, nor does it need to be. The only purpose of the voltage measurement is to select the correct primary winding configuration for the transformers. It is a rough estimate based on the voltage seen on the secondary side.
