Why not just buy a Linn Sneaky-DS network player? You can get them for around £800, a superb streamer and DAC - like a squeezebox or Touch done properly, so no USB or s/pdif jitter issues. Proper hi-fi from a hi-fi company. Handles all formats upto 24/192. You can use a UPnP Server or Squeezecenter with it.
