Somebody kludges up an iffy USB mod for a Touch so you can connect it to an iffier USB to iffy s/pdif converter to get it into a DAC .. through all sorts of cables and with all sorts of aftermarket power-supplies no doubt. What a messy rats-nest.
The Transporter is the way to do it. Finish.
