Thanks for your reply. As I understand it, the weak point of SPDIF is output from the source. Certainly a lot seems to be attempted in order to minimize jitter on the Touch. So if the V-link performs as advertised, buying one would certainly be cheaper than adding another modifyed Touch. Wether it performs as promised will of course remain to be seen.
