I auditioned the new Primare I32, but did not quite like the sound of the treble with string instruments. So I took a floor sample of the older I30 home and I'm liking it a lot so far. The bass on a track like "Come Together" from Abbey Road is a clear step up from what I had before with the Creek. (My 11-year old daughter even said so). With classical concerti and chamber music, I am enjoying a very natural and detailed sound picture which draws me into the music more than ever. There is slightly more treble edge than with the Creek, but nothing uncomfortable or unnatural sounding, just a bit more present and immediate.
