I will try calling while at home. Last time I called I got frustrated and gave up waiting. I was affraid I was just going to get someone reading a manual (something I can do myself). By the way. I turned the volume up from the begining because I heard previously that it sounds better that way. Since then I have played with the volume button and I have maintained it at middle.
