Benchmark DAC-1 (a little more expensive but a -Stereophile- "Class A" product): http://www.hifivision.com/articles-guides/12990-stereophiles-recommended-list-2010-a.html Do you have a dealer nearby who will let you borrow one for the weekend? Really an easy item to pop in/pop out. (You will need a digital cable: coax or optical.)
